Setting the Standard for Psilocybin Therapy in Oregon

We will discuss this during your consult to determine the right base Program for your needs. Preparation Sessions discuss client intentions, expectations, fears and beliefs about psilocybin and their expected experience, plan various elements of the Administration session such as dosing (which may entail a non-medical medication analysis), support, what psilocybin feels like, phases of a journey, logistics such as arrival time and things to bring, and more. Return clients and those with mild to moderate symptoms and prior therapeutic work may find one Preparation session sufficient. Those with more severe symptoms, little prior inner work or high levels of dissociation, and/or high levels of fear will likely need three Preparation sessions. The majority of our new first-time clients do well with two sessions.

We will also discuss this during your consult, however Integration may also be 'played by ear' to a greater degree than Preparation sessions. During Integration sessions, you and your facilitator will discuss what happened during your Administration session, insights you received, any confusing or disturbing elements of the experience (less common, but important), processing grief or unmet expectations, and planning for either daily habit practice (neural reprogramming) or big life decisions or both. It is common to discuss self-care, relationship boundaries, and key focus areas for lasting Integration. Many clients do well with one integration session but if you would like ongoing support and coaching, you are welcome to do as many as you like.

Yes, we absolutely support custom client Programs. Preparation and Integration sessions are price at $150 each, so feel free to add or subtract additional ones from our Standard or Extended Programs. For example, a client may want 2 Preparation and 1 Integration in the Standard Program (custom price: $2250). Another client may want 2 Preparation and 4 Integration sessions in our Extended Program (the same total price).

Note: Preparation and Integration sessions may not be subtracted from the Express program.

Psilocybin Therapy is a service-intensive business in a highly regulated industry requiring extensive licensing and compliance overhead. Our bundled program pricing includes all compensation & licensing for the individuals involved in delivering this service to you safely and professionally: your provider, Fractal Health administration and screening staff, and Service Center staffing and support. It also includes typical business expenses such as lease and software.

It's important to note that this bundled pricing does not include the cost of psilocybin medicine itself. Due to federal regulations, this must be paid cash and is a custom price per each client's dosing plan. However, psilocybin is a very small portion of the therapeutic service cost at $2.80 per mg.

Fractal Health makes every effort to be as accommodating to clients as possible, while remaining fair to the many professionals who rely on income for their livelihoods and bills. Please read the following carefully, which will also be in your client financial agreement (which you must agree to and sign to receive services).

RESCHEDULE: Clients who intend to complete their Program and need to reschedule due to illness, schedule etc are welcome to do so once within 3 months at no extra charge. Subsequent reschedules within 3 months will incur a $100 reschedule fee. Reschedules over 3 months will require a new room reservation ($500-600).

CANCEL: Clients who change their mind about completing their Program will be subject to our refund policy, which depends upon how far through the Program the client is. Deposits paid within 24 hours when no room reservation fee has been paid are entitled to 100% refund and no further payment. Clients who have completed any Preparation sessions and/or had room reservation completed are responsible for 50% of the total Program cost, even if it has not been paid yet. Clients who cancel within 72 hours of their scheduled Administration Session date, or who no-show, are responsible for full Program cost, even if it has not been paid yet. Clients who do not participate in Preparation or Integration sessions are not subject to refunds of those portions.
